Mediation Fees
The mediation fee is a flat fee of $10,000/day for both individual cases and class actions. The mediation fee covers the entire case, including all work studying briefs, preparing for the mediation, pre-mediation phone calls with counsel, one full day of mediation, and any follow-up phone calls with counsel if needed to finalize the settlement.
Mediation fees are due in full 30 days prior to the scheduled mediation to hold your mediation date. An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to all parties for their agreed share of the mediation fee upon booking the mediation. Mediation fees will be refunded in full if the mediation is canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled mediation date.
