SCHEDULE A MEDIATION
To schedule a mediation, please fill out the form below, or send an email to jeff@fuchsmanmediation.com with the name of the case, type of case, contact information for all counsel, and the general timeframe that you would like to schedule the mediation. You will receive an email with potential mediation dates within one to two business days.
In general, mediations will be held by Zoom, and will be scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. If both parties believe an in-person mediation is necessary for a successful outcome, please include this in your scheduling request with information about the proposed agreed upon location.
